ANOTHER VIEW: Rowen project on track to be completed in 2024

By Brian Brodrick  |  One year ago, the Rowen Foundation hosted its formal groundbreaking and tree-planting ceremony to mark the beginning of Georgia’s first-ever foundation-led knowledge community. Since then, tremendous progress has been made on the 2,000-acre site, with Phase 1 infrastructure on track for completion in 2024.

NEWS BRIEFS: Renova Technology expanding at Oakbrook Parkway location

Renova Technology, Inc., an after-market repair services company, has expanded their supply chain operations with a $600,000 capital investment and adding 30 new jobs, at their offices on Oakbrook Parkway in Norcross.

FOCUS: Start of Rowen project means new focus for Gwinnett development

FOCUS: UGA team releases historical, cultural report on Rowen site

By Brian Brodrick  |  A team of researchers from the University of Georgia’s College of Environment and Design spent months earlier this year combing the nearly 2,000 acres in rural Gwinnett County that is the future site of Rowen, slated to become one of the nation’s premier innovation communities over the next few decades.

BRACK: Giant sewer project in eastern Gwinnett to be done in 2023

By Elliott Brack  |  The giant $125 million sewer expansion that Gwinnett County is planning on the eastern side of the county is expected to see dirt being moved  by late summer. Anticipation is that the project will be completed by the first quarter of 2023.
