BRACK: Norcross resident new Preservation Board member

By Elliott Brack  |  A Gwinnett resident has been named to a three year term on the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation Board of Trustees.  He is Jeff Hopper of Norcross, who has been a member for 12 years, and has served on the board previously.
