FOCUS: Duluth shifts to rolling carts for garbage on May 1

By Talore Ruedt |  In partnership with Republic Services, the City of Duluth   will upgrade its waste management system and begin using rolling carts for trash collection. Beginning May 1, 2024, Republic Services will implement the transition from designated trash bags to the standard rolling carts.
