Here are the final maps that Gwinnett County will use in the 2022 election for the county commission and school board.  These maps were signed into law by Gov. Brian Kemp after passing the General Assembly recently.

The 7:05 p.m. game vs. Nashville is an official part of the 151-stop Braves World Champions Trophy Tour presented by Truist, giving Stripers fans the opportunity to take a photo with the Commissioner’s Trophy.

Norcross Gallery and Studios will open a new exhibit Friday, February 11. The show, Spotlight on Spring, features the works of 6 outstanding members – Mikki Root Dillon, Cynthia Corbin, Barb Boyer, Sharon Nichol, Lynda Ellis and Angelika Domschke in a varied, enjoyable exhibit. The show runs through Saturday March 26.

NEWS BRIEFS: Free household hazardous waste day coming up on Feb. 12

With “Decluttering” and “Getting Organized” topping the lists of many Gwinnett County residents’ New Year resolutions, Gwinnett Clean and Beautiful and Gwinnett Water Resources have an event in store that will help them do just that. On Saturday, February 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., cars will line up in the sprawling parking lot at Gwinnett County Fairgrounds to rid their homes of household hazardous waste, that is, products like pesticides, antifreeze, spray paint, auto batteries and more.
