The Keep America Beautiful affiliate is calling the event “Connecting People and Places: A Community Conversation About Litter,” which is intended to address the issue of littering on a hyper-local scale.

Master works from the Hudgens’ permanent collection can now be viewed at Lawrenceville City Hall. Works from the collection will rotate on an ongoing basis – providing new and exciting art for the enjoyment of the community.

Tenure is defined as status granted to an employee, usually after a probationary period, indicating that the position or employment is permanent. It is a strange and controversial subject especially in education. In reality it means a teacher cannot be terminated unless the cause is grievous. The question arises: does this system help or hurt education?

By Sharon Goldmacher | As one of the state’s largest Community Improvement Districts, Gateway85 CID announced Thursday that it will relocate its headquarters to a portion of the Optical Fiber Solutions (OFS) facility along the I-85 Corridor that is owned by the Gwinnett Redevelopment Authority. The move will allow the CID to concentrate its efforts on redeveloping this portion of the site in partnership with the County and other entities.
