BRACK: Wilson leads amazing sports record at GGC

By Elliott Brack |   What Georgia Gwinnett College’s athletic teams have done since the program was founded in 2011 is absolutely amazing.  The six teams GGC now fields have a combined winning record of a 1,590-433-41 (.780) overall record across all sports through spring 2023, and that includes capturing 16 NAIA national championships.

BRACK: Gwinnett cities should raise also statues to their founders

By Elliott Brack  |  Snellville in particular and Gwinnett in general are in debt to Dave Emanuel, who is a member of the Snellville City Council.  He had the idea for Snellville to commemorate its 100th anniversary by erecting a statue of the two city founders, Tom  Snell and James Sawyer.

BRACK: Should the United States consider mandatory voting?

By Elliott Brack  |  At first blush, the Australian way of voting in local, state and national elections seems unusual to most Americans. BRACK: Tidbits including USA in World Cup and $15 minimum wage

By Elliott Brack | Were you wide awake at 5 a.m. Sunday watching the women’s soccer tournament from Down Under?  We were. While we seldom watch soccer routinely, for some reason we thought history might be on tap in that match-up, and made ourselves get out of bed.
